Welcome to BestUKVPS. By accessing or purchasing any of our services (including VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Hosting, Shared Hosting, Domain Registration, or related solutions), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • Service: Any hosting, domain, or related solution provided by BestUKVPS
  • Customer / Client / You: The individual or entity using our services
  • Account: The registered account used to access services

3. Eligibility & Account Information

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (name, contact, billing details)
  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating your account information

4. Acceptable Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must NOT:

  • Host or distribute illegal content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities

You are solely responsible for all activities and content associated with your account.

5. Payment, Renewal & Billing

  • Services are billed based on the selected plan and billing cycle
  • Services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

6. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to provide reliable and high-performance services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless specified in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Please refer to our SLA document for details on uptime guarantees, support response times, and applicable service credits.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

  • You retain full ownership of all data and content uploaded to our servers (“Customer Content”)
  • BestUKVPS retains ownership of all infrastructure, software, and technologies used to provide services
  • You grant us permission to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to deliver services

8. Limitation of Liability

BestUKVPS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service period, subject to SLA limits.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services according to the plan terms
  • Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up and removing your data
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

We may delete data after a reasonable retention period following termination.

10. Changes to Terms

BestUKVPS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updates will be communicated via email or account dashboard. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
